Medium is our most popular roast and what we consider a "city plus" roast. Many find it to be the ideal mid-point between the complexity of a lighter roast and the fuller body that comes with a darker roast.
We ship only whole bean coffee to preserve the freshness of our beans. When using any of our beans for cold brew, we recommend allowing a few days for off-gassing. Store at room temperature in an airtight container. We do not recommend storing our coffee in the refrigerator or freezer.
