Dark is a rich, full-body roast, similar to but not as dark as a true Vienna roast. By holding back just a little in the roasting process, we are able to preserve much of the flavor that is often lost when roasting dark beans.
We ship only whole bean coffee to preserve the freshness of our beans. When using any of our beans for cold brew, we recommend allowing a few days for off-gassing. Store at room temperature in an airtight container. We do not recommend storing our coffee in the refrigerator or freezer.
